Forgemark

Terms of service

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms are between you (the business using Forgemark) and Forge Together Ltd ("Forge", "we"), registered in England and Wales, number 14911771, registered office 18 New Road, Weybridge, KT13 9BW. By installing Forgemark, adding its tag, or signing in, you agree to them.

1. The service

Forgemark reads data from your site and the accounts you connect and shows you reports and recommendations about them. We improve it all the time: features change, and a screen shows sample figures only until your own data is in. We may add, change or remove features, and we'll tell you before removing one you use.

2. Price

Forgemark is free. If that ever changes, we'll tell you at least 30 days before, and nothing you haven't agreed to will be charged. Work Forge does for you, like carrying out a recommendation, is quoted and agreed separately.

3. Your accounts and data

  • You connect only accounts you're allowed to connect, and you're responsible for having a lawful basis and the consent banner your site needs for the pixel or tag.
  • Your data stays yours. We use it only to run Forgemark for you, as the privacy policy sets out.
  • Forgemark reads your connected accounts and never changes a campaign, budget or setting in them.

4. Fair use

Don't use Forgemark to break the law, to reach data that isn't yours, to overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to resell it without our agreement.

5. Recommendations

Forgemark's reports and recommendations are estimates from the data available, with the sample size and confidence shown where it matters. They aren't financial advice, and the decision to act on them is yours. Forge can quote for carrying out a recommendation; that work is agreed separately.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep Forgemark running and accurate, but provide it as it is, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Forge isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, and our total liability under these terms in any 12 months is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us for Forgemark in that time and £100. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

7. Ending it

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app or removing the tag, and disconnecting your accounts. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or end the service with 30 days' notice. When it ends, we delete your data as the privacy policy describes.

8. Changes and law

We'll post changes here and update the date at the top, and tell you about any change that matters before it applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts decide any dispute.
